Graphics Designer - Fragrances ConsumerProducts Marketing for MENA (Full-time and Permanentrole) : A Graphics Designer for our small and friendlyFragrances Consumer Products Marketing team focussing onthe exciting Middle East and North Africa (MENA) markets, and to bebased in our Dubai office - Your futureposition?

GivaudanConsumer Products (CPs) are, more often than not, responsible forcarrying you through the olfactive journey of yourday.

Givaudan’s CP teams are present in everyregion of the world. Years of experience have resulted in an innateknowledge of consumer preferences depending on the segment andgeographical location.

Our CP teams work together to create thesuccess that Givaudan thrives on and brings together a variety ofskill sets - creation and evaluation, consumer market research,marketing, sampling, sales, Client relations, and QC, and we have aselection of key competencies present in each region.

Weare currently looking to expand our small, friendly, and fabulousFragrances Consumer Products Marketing team in the region, andhiring for a GraphicsDesigner’ to provide Product Marketing supportmainly for our Customers and teams for the four key FragrancesConsumer Product segments - Personal Care, Home & Air Care,Fabric Care, and Oral Care, for nearly 12 markets in the MENAregion extending from Morocco till Pakistan.

  • Based in our DubaiMedia City office and reporting into the Fragrances ConsumerProducts Marketing Director for SAMEA (South Asia, Middle East andAfrica) based in our Dubai office, you will conceptualise andprepare visual marketing materials in order to strengthenGivaudan'
  • s Fragrances Consumer Products branding andpositioning both internally and externally, according to overallbusiness objectives, corporate guidelines, and global marketingstrategy.

    In this exciting role, you will beresponsible for :

  • Translate and packagebusiness and marketing needs into impactful and creative visualconcepts.
  • Independently ideate, develop, and executecreative ideas and concepts, choosing the appropriate media andstyle to meet the customer'
  • s objectives, consistent withthe Givaudan brand guidelines.

  • Act as the first point ofcontact for the regional Marketing team to discuss businessobjectives and develop concepts for regional promotions, customerevents, and customer briefs.
  • Based on information gathered,brainstorms project ideas with the marketing and design team andcreates storyboards.

  • Manage multiple projects, takinginitiatives and the responsibility to contribute to qualitydeliverables and high stakeholdersatisfaction.
  • Vendor management for projectsoutsourced to agencies.
  • Bring new, fresh, andcreative ideas to the business and utilise knowledge of design andcultural trends to guide solutions.
  • Partnercross-functionally to develop and implement project and customerbriefs.
