School Operations (MSO) to joinour team, the successful candidate will be fully responsible toeffectively manage all non-education related activities withinschool business operations and strive to exceed internal &external customer expectations, while embracing the GEMS CoreValues and assist the Principal / CEO in delivering policy which willensure high quality and successful outcomes.
Responsible for development,maintenance, safety, security and cleanliness of the Schoolbuilding and grounds, ensuring that the site and facilities areavailable for School use and other users at all times.
Responsiblefor organisation and delivery of administration and supportservices across the School ensuring efficient and effective staffdeployment and, with the Principal / CEO, recruitment of well-trainedand high quality staff.
Provide advice and strategic guidance tothe Principal / CEO, Senior Leadership and Corporate Office onfinancial and operational matters and be accountable for theireffectiveness using robust performance managementsystems.
Ensure that all staff are supportedwith high quality continuous professional development and trainingwhich contributes to the development and achievements of theSchool.
Support the Principal / CEO in achieving the key strategicobjectives for the School through formulating and leading onspecific aspects of the School improvement plan.
Activelyencourage, and lead on environmental sustainability targets acrossthe School site. Other duties would also include : Relationship / Stakeholder management Health, Safety &Environment
