Theorganization sustains a long-term client base in the MENA region,through relationship management with stakeholders. The Dubai officeplays a key role in sourcing clients and international businessrelationships.
You will be responsible tocontact potential clients for both the institutional and privatesectors, with a view to onboard them into the organization, throughcapital raising structures and fund structures.
You will manageexisting clients and their accounts, whilst achieving sales targetsset quarterly and annually. Possessing attention to detail, youwill develop strategic sales plans and pipelines for your assignedregion, presenting client proposals in a professional and succinctmanner.
You will have competent experience of working in the GCCregion and understand sales and business practices, within theregulatory frameworks.

You willhold a relevant bachelor’s degree from an internationallyrecognized university, and have direct sales experience in RealEstate, Asset Management, Financial Services, or the Fintech sector.
You will be able to demonstrate a proven track record ofsuccessfully building and maintaining new relationships with keyinvestors, specific to the GCC and international markets.
Professional Memberships will be considered an advantage. It isessential that you have excellent verbal and written English.
Candidates already based and residing in the UAE will be considereda priority.
