BRANCH HR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provide support to Executive Manager and staff needs in general Attends phone calls and electronic mail Maintain delay log activity for all employees especially Consultants base in WHATSAPP and Daily Activity Report Maintains up to date general contacts globally Inter-

branch contacts and employees information Monitor staff performance and attendance activities Main Activities Monitor daily attendance Investigate and understand causes for staff absences and tardiness Synchronizing in preparation of monthly payroll with the Accounts Department Draft notice memo on staff disciplinary actions and any other related issues Monitor scheduled absences such as holidays travel sick leaves and coordinate actions to ensure the staff absence has been adequately covered off to ensure continuity of services Arrange flight booking hotel reservation and visa for staffs and delegates Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff Main Activities Prepare advertisements for vacant staff positions Schedule and organize preliminary interviews Inform successful unsuccessful applicants Provide advice and assistance to staff and management on pay and benefits systems Explain employment standards and regulation such as workers compensation Labour standards and exercise Maintains management guidelines by preparing updating and recommending human resource policies and procedures Maintains HR records by filing and retrieval system keeping past and current records Arrange and coordinate to IT department for the repairs of computers and other office equipment and assist with organizing staff to carry out work due periods of equipment shutdowns Prepare purchase requests in general Main activities Stationery request grocery and any other related Prepare monthly report for attendance tardiness leaves deductions and any related tasks Coordinate to HQ HR and Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed BROKER ADMIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Draft MOU Contract F for Purchase Agreement Draft Tenancy Contract for Leasing Rental needs Communicating Kuwait office departments such as Deal Estate Properties Center Agents and Finance for closed deals-
