Job Responsibilities :

Develop and grow the Applied (Airside / Chillers) customer baselines

Leads the sales in airside and air cooled screw chillers products, following up on current and future projects

Validating which projects should be targeted based on specification and vendor list

Taking proactive steps on future projects, with regular updates on the stages of the project and which consultant, main contractor and mechanical contractor get awarded

Leads or supports detailed development of projects

Validates assumptions made during solution design

Builds a detailed cost estimate and scope of work for assigned projects

Utilizes develops specialized functional expertise of the engineering team Daikin distributor

Performs detailed engineering or financial analysis to quantify project cost

Assists in technical or financial benchmarking as needed

Support sales to secure Daikin Approval

Report all the visits, spec-in, project details, activities in CRM

Job Requirements :

Experience & Knowledge :

Sales and Internal sales support experience in Middle East or GCC specifically

At least 5-7 years of experience in Applied product ranging from airside and air cooled screw chillers, water cooled and centrifugal chillers business

Systems experience and competent in psychometrics

Experience with the manufacture of air handling units, fan coil units and screw chillers

Expertise in airside and air cooled screw chillers selection

Ability to value engineer projects based on project requirements and Daikin’s competitors

Ability to produce clean compliance statements outlining Daikin’s offering without misleading and preventing ambiguity in our compliance statements

Education :

Mechanical Engineering Degree

Skills :

Good verbal and written skills in English

Presentation skills, able to present to large groups on applied products

Excellent communication skill

Analytical and problem solving skill

MS office skill
