Job Description

We are URGENTLY looking for energetic and multi-tasking admin staff / secretary - FILIPINO applicants only. Main job Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, travel arrangements
  • Take type and distribute minutes of meetings
  • Implement and maintain office systems
  • Maintain schedules and calendars; Managing the daily / weekly / monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
  • Arrange and confirm appointments
  • Handle incoming mail and other material
  • Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders
  • Set up work procedures
  • Collate information
  • Maintain databases
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Excellent communication skills (Both Written &Verbal)
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, secretary, administrative assistant or similar role
  • Experience in going to Shipping Lines and logistic transaction is advantage.
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Willing to learn new things aside from given task
  • Required experience is more than 3 years
  • WITH UAE EXPERIENCE / VISIT VISA / TOURIST VISA
