Develop, execute, and manage a communication strategy
Oversees all company social media accounts management
Create a social media strategy and create timely and engaging content optimized for platform used and intended audience.
Develop engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages
Analyze and report social media actions on a monthly basis for successes and opportunities
Analyses social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement
Collects customer data and analyses interactions and visits, plus uses this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns
Customize social media pages (eg.
Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest), develop supporting offline collateral, create original content etc.
Have a good eye for photography & photo editing skills
Develop and maintain excellent relationships with key community and communications partners
Manage and provide direction for communication via the website, social media outlets, print, and other communication tools.
Collaborate with community volunteers and partners in developing and executing communication strategies.
Promote regular and ongoing opportunities for community partners, staff and volunteers to give feedback on the effectiveness of teams and programs.
Organize events and PR activities based on the organization™s requirements.
Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces
Perform other duties as assigned in support of IRIS Health Services LLC and its related companies.
Maintain confidentiality with regard to the information being processed, stored or accessed.
