We are looking for an enthusiastic, innovative, solutionorientated People Operations Specialist to join our PeopleOperations team in the UAE.

This role reports to the Head of PeopleOperations, UAE.

Our ideal candidate is good at getting things done and canplay an active role in embedding strong people initiatives acrossthe employee lifecycle partnering employees and managers across theUAE business unit.

What's on YourPlate?

  • Aim toconstantly improve people operations service delivery with employeeexperience & excellent customer service front ofmind.
  • You will be the first point of contactfor all employees and provide support in answering key queries toensure a best-in-class employee experience.
  • Beproactive in identifying people opportunities and challenges andrecommending opportunities for enhancement and impact, constantlythinking outside of the box in terms of solutions.
  • Partner closely together with other People Operationscolleagues and Centers of Excellence to ensure a coordinated andcollaborative approach is taken to ensure all stages of theemployee experience journey delivered.
  • e.g., Talent Development,Onboarding, Core POPs, Systems)

  • Secure cleanand trackable employee data using the people systems to providemanagers information and reporting on people related data asrequired to support people related decision making.
  • Support in areas of Line Manager and Employee Capabilitybuilding to coach and educate our people to further develop highperforming managers, individuals, and teams.
  • Keep up to date, recommend and implement on peopleoperations policies and procedures with relevant legislativechanges and act as an expert in labour law.
  • Actively engage in and deliver ongoing people operationsprojects and employee engagement activities.
  • What Did WeOrder?

  • Universitydegree or equivalent (preferably in Human Resources)
  • Minimum of 2-3 years progressive work experience in thegeneralist field of HR
  • English fluent (writtenand oral)
  • MS-Office skills
  • Workday experience is advantageous
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Uses tactand diplomacy to exchange information and address sensitiveissues
  • You are quality-driven and a fastlearner and have superior attention to detail
  • You show an ability to work independently, swiftly, andeffectively prioritize work
