Brief Description : o Acts as a product owner for Prepaid segment with full overview of analytics, research, pricing, proposition, customer journey / customer experience design, campaign, and operations.
o Leads and delivers complex projects with cross-functional coordination between sales, customer care, finance, regulatory, IT and engineering without direct reporting teams.
o Champions customer satisfaction and brand equity while growing revenue and margin mix as per consumer segment overall guideline and annual budget.
Product planning and strategy : o Influence all stakeholders to develop full strategy and framework for a product portfolio that provides basis for strong commercial performance and differentiation in the market o Ensure that all plans identify and address customer and market needs, trends and opportunities with digital first customer journeys and smart pricing o Guide support teams with strong hands-on understanding of Research, Analysis and Pricing tools / concepts In-life product management : o Pro-actively manage products throughout their lifecycle ensuring they achieve their financial and non-financial targets o Define Key Performance Indicators and analyze and interpret against target / benchmarks to intervene and drive improvements whenever needed o Ensure that customer experience, customer feedback, quality of service and competitive position of the products are appropriately monitored and problems rapidly resolved o Have strong grasp of Campaign Management Systems to define, execute and evaluate Omni channel acquisition, up-sell, cross-sell, retention and win-back campaigns Product development : o Develop new products and services to address portfolio gaps, customer needs and emerging opportunities o Write commercial Business Requirements Documents with details of sales / self-service channels, customer journey and clear Business Rules o Define and own targets for Business Case including revenue, adoption and usage KPIs for 12 months o Create individual briefs for Sales, Customer Care, Marketing Communication, Regulatory, etc.
to support commercial launch of new products and services o Manage internal and external stakeholders for product approval as per defined process Stakeholder management : o Present product concepts to CXOs with full storyboard including research, customer insights, proposition, customer journey / customer experience design, financial impact and go to market strategy o Circulate major KPI reports daily, weekly, monthly to Mobile Product Marketing Management to show segment and business health o Defend segment performance in periodic business reviews with detailed analysis backed by data and research
Job Requirements : o Masters degree in Marketing / Business Administration from Premier Business School o 4-5 years of Product Management experience in marketing
