Job Description and Requirements

Job Description Responsibilities : 1) Responsible for maintaining workflow records of purchase orders and following up their statuses 3) Responsible for coordinating between faculty members, departments, committees and financial administratives involved in the purchasing process 2) Responsible for all logistic and delivery related documentation work.

Minimum Qualification Highly responsible and disciplined candidates is encouraged to submit and application supplemented with documented evidence to support the following :

  • A minimum of a BSc degree in any field
  • Familiarity with accounting, record keeping and purchase workflows
  • Communication in Arabic and English is essential
  • Experience in a related field Preferred Qualification BSc degree in any field Familiarity with accounting, record keeping and purchase workflows Communication in Arabic and English is essential Experience in a related field
