Support (Identity, troubleshoot and resolve incidents) all Microsoft Windows Server operating systems :
Support (Identify, troubleshoot and resolve incidents) Microsoft services
Support (Identity, troubleshoot and resolve incidents) related to Server hardware, ILO, Firmware and monitoring integration (WBEM / SNMP).
Provide support and work with 3rd party vendors, subcontractors, and support teams in order to achieve SLAs.
Active Directory, GPO, Windows domain and Domain Controllers management
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
Additional Microsoft Certifications a bonus
ITIL Foundation Certificate v3 a bonus
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS - INTERMEDIATE LEVEL
5+ years of overall experience with Microsoft Windows Server support within server environments exceeding 100 servers.
Very good troubleshooting skills
Be able to successfully demonstrate proficiency in at least 80% of Technical knowledge requirements and be able to perform at least 80% of Key responsibilities.
Ability to increase proficiency to 90% within 12 months with some guidance from senior team members.
