Role Overview To drive growth in a select account base of preferred accounts development and acquisition accounts To lead solution and services focused sales through strong customer relationships which increase SOW with Development accounts and expand the Mid Market footprint with Acquisition accounts Role Responsibilities Owns the face-

to-face interaction with the customers and is the single integration point of Dells relationship with the customer Builds strong customer relationships through deep and wide customer contacts to grow the business Develops and executes effective sales strategies to drive higher value offerings within targeted accounts and to provide increased value to key customers Documents thorough and comprehensive account plans to include account overview business industry drivers competitive landscape historical sales data major sales initiatives action plans and key contacts Engages the virtual sales team as appropriate to build solutions for the customer Ensures that a positive customer experience is delivered every time to create Dell Net Promoters Provides sales leadership and experience on large complex services and solutions sales opportunities Delivers agreed revenue margin growth and mix targets on a quarterly and annual basis Shares learning and insights from customer interactions which allow MM to reshape internal processes and evolve the sales model Scope Responsible for selected Development and Acquisition accounts with the highest potential revenue spend and or account complexity in MM Complexity Sales thought leader influencing how MM operates engages with the customer set Leads company-

to-company relationships to develop competitive immunity Requires limited coaching mentoring Knowledge and Skills University level qualification or equivalent Very strong negotiation skills and financial strength Viewed as a trusted subject matter expert by the customers and can use knowledge of Dells services and solutions to recommend appropriate offerings Expert understanding of Enterprise and Client Services including ProSupport ProManage and ProConsulting Broad understanding of Services and technology in the industry World-

class customer management and strategic selling skills to enhance the success of SME customers business and the growth of Dell Excels in the administrative and operational requirements of the role Exceptional communicator confident in briefing and or presenting to customers sales teams and management at all levels Ability to prioritise in order to meet business objectives Experience Strong track record of selling consultancy services or complex managed projects Experienced and proficient in working to CIO and next two levels down Advantageous to have technical background as Solution Architect or Project Manager or Programme Exec in one of the Dell ICS practice areas Microsoft Storage Server consolidation and virtualisation and or Managed Services area Strong track record of building complex customer relationships Abilities To quickly build confidence within the customer Strong team player with attention to detail without losing the big picture Effectively prioritises multiple demands while ensuring customer needs are met Effectively balances short and long term priorities Highly proficient in creating and closing new sales acquisitionsProfile Summary : KeySkills : Profile Summary : KeySkills : Company Profile : Dell
