Associate Full Professor in Accounting and Director of Graduate Programs The person appointed to this position will be responsible for Graduate Programs in the School of Business These currently include MBA and EMBA programs but the School will be looking to the Director to lead the development of these and other innovative new graduate programs as well as the transformation of the EMBA program into a blended teaching mode The Director should be bilingual since although the language of instruction is English many of the MBA and EMBA students are primarily Arabic speaking The Director will also lead the CAA accreditation or reaccreditation process for these programs While the Director will receive two course releases for carrying out these responsibilities the faculty member hired to this position must be credentialed to teach two courses per semester in the School preferably in Accounting and will be expected to engage in research and service to the university the school and the community The Director of Graduate Programs will be appointed at a faculty rank appropriate to the position at least Associate Professor and the individual s experience and qualifications Qualifications and requirements 1 An earned doctorate in business with the appropriate specialization from an accredited North American British European Australasian or South Korean university 2 A record of established research for the professor or associate professor or rank 3 A history of successful university teaching experience in the specialization 4 A record of university or community service
