Responsible for developing and achieving annual budgets and business plans for the Branch and ensuring their full implementation -

Prepare Branch Management procedure manual and manpower requirement plans for the Branch - Manage the operational cost of the branch as per company guidelines -

Maintain a strong company brand and benchmark in the market by pro-actively sourcing identifying and managing business from new and existing business channels -

Develop strategies to ensure that we explore identify and exploit available alternate business channels in the country of operation -

Identify new product opportunities through research and development and continuously evaluate existing products for market fit and re-

positioning - Champion identification of new business opportunities and partnership with the relevant departments to implement the same -

Continuously monitor service level to ensure they are in tandem with the companys standards - Examine competitors closely in terms of their procedures relations with providers and give regular reports and recommendations to the CEO regarding market changes demands and needs -

Attend whenever required and or report for regular management meetings - Evaluate vendor products and make purchasing recommendations -

Provide training coaching development and motivation to bring out the best in each member - Continuously liaise with regional head office and ensure compliance to company standards at all times -

Assist the head office in receiving calls and or faxes from the providers checking claims eligibility issuing authorizations or rejections to the providers for all procedures -

Ensure that all parties involved with our company are treated with great professionalism dignity and equality by the respective staffs -

Attend and or arrange regular meetings with insurance companies regarding claims procedures - Ensuring timely payment of providers -

Adding new providers in coordination with the head office upon request from the insured members other possible requests inquiries or problems concerning the providers -

Hold regular meetings with customers to understand their needs and improve their satisfaction from our client s services -

Update provider agreements with the existing network train for necessary changes and monitor the abidance in coordination with the Head office -

Participate in the negotiations for large claims cost reduction with the providers - Identifies resources needed and seek approval to hire staff and assigns individual responsibilities
