Overall Purpose of the Job
To provide effective and quality services in the area of administration / general services covering office & housing facilities, Work permits, business visas, Travel related bookings and management in order to ensure that company's existing and future operations continue without interruption and without compromising on HSE policies and procedures.
To support company's operations at different company locations in the UAE, General Services Coordinator is responsible to ensure safe and smooth administrative and general services arrangements.
Manage travel and hotel bookings for all travels both within and outside domestic and international.
Furthermore the incumbent is responsible to ensure provision of smooth and safe housing facilities, office facilities and office support services through liaison with land lords, real estate agents relevant agents and contractors, local authorities and building management.
