Position Description :

The purpose of the Healthcare Solutions & Partnerships team is to help establish Boston Scientific as a leading healthcare Solutions provider.

This is achieved by engaging in long-term partnerships with customers, providing them not only products, but also customized services and solutions which are differentiated and tailored to their needs.

  • Reporting to the Strategy and Business Development Director of Growth Emerging Markets, the core objectives of this role are;
  • to lead highly engaged, seasoned team of Solution architects and Solution Leads of the sub-regions of GEM, to be responsible for the incremental revenue and value that the Group generate in the region, to drive the best possible solution to fulfil the customer’s needs in the context of deals or projects.

    The Solutions Lead initiates and aggregates various customized solutions components, collaborating with the Global Solutions Franchise organisations, all Divisions within Boston Scientific, support functions and external partners, to offer a value proposition that will deliver the customer’s expected outcomes as part of a contract.

    The role will work with all Healthcare Solutions and Partnership EMEA stakeholders, regional leadership across GEM sub-regions and respective Divisional stakeholders.

    Position Requirements :

  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Healthcare and with proven experience in complex deal structuring, commercial leadership, and Solutions architecting.
  • Proven experience with outcomes selling and delivering
  • Applies comprehensive knowledge and analytical skills to resolve complex issues in creative ways.
  • Is a real team player, knows how to organise talents around him / her
  • Proven ability to work and influence across a matrix environment. Strong communicator internally and externally, builds networks, and partners with peers.
  • Clear thinker, strong problem solving skills, comfortable in challenging existing practices and the status quo.
  • Rigorous, strong execution mind-set, structured and organized
  • Change oriented, able to operate in an area of uncertainty and with changing / limited resources.
  • Proven experience of successfully working within cross border or virtual teams.
  • Relevant Bachelor degree.
  • Fluent in relevant local language.
  • Good level of written and spoken English.
  • Willing and able to travel frequently within Growth Emerging Markets.
