Urgently hiring for Female Arabic speaking Receptionist for a business center in Business Bay :

Consultancy Personal Interview dates : Aug 4-6, 2019

Location will be shared to qualified candidates


  • Meet and greet : concierge and hospitality services for the visitors of the centre and its residing clients
  • Telephone answering and diverting calls within the business center, Taking the message and sending it as an e-mail, fax handling, Mail and Courier Management, facility management
  • Keeping all records of meeting rooms and conference room bookings
  • Quality assurance of the cleaning and security subcontractor s works
  • Management and stock keeping of all printing and fax facilities and their consumables, pantry consumables such as sugar, tea coffee etc.
  • Educating clients on the business support and other services of the centre
  • Qualifications :

  • Female Arabic national, between 30 to 37 years old
  • Bachelor's degree, with at least 1 year experience or background - concierge / reception / business center / front desk / hospitality / customer service
  • Good communication skills - Arabic / English
  • Good IT skills
  • Can join IMMEDIATELY
  • Candidates WITHOUT UAE experience (freshers) but with relevant experience in home country are encouraged to apply
