  • Assume the role as the primary point of contact between the Owner, General Managers, Employees and external vendors. Also coordinate and communicate with corporate office team regularlyHandle requests, feedback, and queries quickly and professionallyMonitor office supply levels;
  • reorder when appropriateMaintain strong relationships with vendors and keep price data in order to get the best pricing on supplies and servicesProduce professional-quality reports, presentations and briefsDevelop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic recordsDelegate tasks as appropriate to other members of the teamHandle finance and human resource coordination
