This is a permanent role to mirror exciting International growth for WK’s Health Division. Role is a based in UAE, Dubai office & role reports to the Director of Finance, Clinical Effectiveness International who is also based in Dubai.
The Finance Manager supports the International expansion of the Clinical Effectiveness business. This new role will support APAC business.
The Finance Manager will be responsible for supporting the APAC Vice President and Country Managers in Sales and Revenue planning, Expense Analysis and reporting, Headcount budgeting and forecasting, Customer Contract Reviews, Vendor spend review and analysis, and collection of Account Receivables.
Responsibilities : Report monthly financial results, analyse and interpret financial information Prepare forecasts for the APAC region and its sub-regions, understand variance vs.
target Assist in developing the creation of annual budget and three-year Business plan Ensure sales invoices are distributed to end customers Proactively collect outstanding invoices through soft call and dispatch of statement Generate past due collection notices and follow up Work with clients to reconcile payment / billing discrepancies Support regional sales teams on any Tender and Performance Bond requirements Perform first level review of customer contract requests Support Cash Collection Reporting and Forecasting Requirements : Finance role within an IT MNC Bachelor’s degree in Finance, preferably Qualified Accountant.
Must be capable of meeting deadlines, working under time pressure and under stressful circumstances; Must be a service-oriented team player who is comfortable working in a global organisation.
