Ensure the Housekeeping staffs are prepared and ready all the time with their equipments and on call by tenants.Comply with Health Safety legislation relevant to the housekeeping role and encourage others in the team to work safely use of chemicals lifting of objects fire safety etc.
Help to troubleshoot any maintenance and cleanliness issues that may arise and take necessary action against the same.Monitor stock levels and reorder stock.
Practical supervising of the housekeeping team cleaning administration checking the buildings to see that the attendants have maintained highquality cleanliness always.
Monitoring that the housekeeping team works in an efficient and effective way in their responsibility to clean the floors of each property and other areas around and inside the building.
Report and followup on any maintenance issuesRespond to any urgent emails and any telephone calls from a respective tenant Management and Housekeeping staff at the respective property.
Visiting the buildingproperty on a daily basis to keep a check on the staff and the cleanliness. Have a basic understanding of the most important operational aspects of the SBK Building relating to utilities fire safety and building security.
Be able to contact the relevant contractor and engage in basic problemsolving should the need to arise and be available at the said time.
Demonstrate practical skills and customer relations skills and the ability to organise work and delegate effectively.Conduct monthly department meetings with housekeeping staff according to SBK Real Estate standardsMaintain standards regarding Purchase Orders vouchering of invoices and chequebook accounting according to SBK Real Estate.
Train and review all House Safety rules and procedures with the Housekeeping staffMotivate coach counsel and discipline all Housekeeping personnel according to SBK standardsRegularly inspects the purchase rooms in each property to make sure that they are stocked adequately neatly and that the rooms are well maintained and kept in good working condition.
Check common areas of each propertybuildings garbage areas LV Room Pump area rooms to make sure that they are neat orderly clean and well supplied.
Ensure that the staffs in the property are following the prescribed cleaning procedures of the building.Ensure that all maintenance work is carried out properly in the designated areas and correspond with whosoever isare concerned as per the established standard procedures of our properties.
Maintain a proper daily log on the activities throughout the day.Facilitate onthejob training activities for the constant and sustained development of the staff and the in charge of the property.
Ensures the proper handling of all Housekeeping equipment and makes sure that preventive maintenance of this said equipment is carried out regularly.
Maintain a professional working relationship and promote open lines of communication with other managers employees and all other departments
