The Role :
Core Responsibilities :
Monitor progress of annual product strategy for HA categories
Support category annual, quarterly and monthly P&L reporting as per aligned management targets
Proactive market monitoring for competition activities to ensure category leading performance
HA Product line-up study, selection, and competitive analysis
Regular market price mapping to ensure correct price positioning for the HA line-up
Oversee execution in alignment with key local stakeholders (sales, retail management and marketing)
Deliver weekly AP1-AP2 Consensus demand planning output and reporting
Drive annual / quarterly promotion plans and oversee their execution in alignment with the sales & marketing teams
Close alignment with the sales and marketing teams in developing and implementing marketing / POS materials as well as ensuring class leading retail display for clients AV category
Developing a comprehensive Product Training Program in alignment with the Training Manager for promoters & floor sales people across the region
Key Objective :
The candidate will work closely with the Home Appliances Group to study & select the optimal model line-up, and execute the product strategy for HA category across the clients territory and create market leading preference for client.
The role's main purpose is end to end management of the Clients Gulf Television and Audio Visual business, ensuring to meet the annual sales, market share and profitability targets in alignment with the Visual display team's global and local targets.
The candidate shall also have part responsibility in supporting the HA business to manage daily operational activities of the category in alignment with HA Product Manager
