Review assigned Purchase Requisition s PR and ensure each contains all relevant documents to conduct a souring activity Any missing or additional details shall be secured from the relevant stakeholder The Contracts Manager will ensure that all documents issued as part of a sourcing activity are in compliance with Abu Dhabi Airports guidelines standards procedures and policies 2 Review the scope of services works and coordinate with the relevant stakeholders to highlight any missing information or risks associated with it Where appropriate provided suggested enhancements based on best practice 3 In collaboration with key stakeholders create a sourcing strategy based on ADAC requirements category plans market research commercial analysis TCO EOQ etc demand forecasts risk analysis and appropriate modelling portfolio models SWOT 5 Forces commercial modes etc Present the strategy and obtain approval from the relevant authority 4 Prepare the draft tender or contract and the issuance of the same to all relative stakeholders including the legal team and coordinate the feedback and the preparation of the final tender or contract 5 Manage the tender issuance to selected bidders and all tender correspondence Upon receiving tender submissions confirm that the proposals are compliant to all tender requirements document any deviations
