Qualification Requirement :
Bachelor degree in IT / Finance with minimum five years of experience.
The applicant must have proper experience level, in implementing and supporting different modules of Oracle Financials and Maximo applications.
Project Management skills would be an asset.
User requirement analysis as well as presentation skills.
Functional & Technical courses in Oracle and Maximo is essential.
Job Responsibilities :
Monitor the General Ledger data import activities, perform all Master File maintenance, ensure the timely processing of data input and check input and output to verify accuracy.
Maintain HR Access / Payroll system issues including interfaces.
Understand the Finance business such as Accounts Closure procedures and Budgeting process and possesses the ability to review and validate combinations as per Accounting Guide and COA procedures, and maintain the approved Chart of Accounts Values in the System.
Undertake monthly posting review of Interface runs to GL from all feeder systems and prepare reconciliation to verify accuracy prior to its issuance.
Build Financial Reports and deal with user comments for troubleshooting user issues.
Ensure that all records and supporting documents related to System Support are accurately maintained and verified; ensure proper maintenance for Oracle library.
