As a Demi Chef dePartie, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting highquality dishes to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience.
A Demi Chef de Partie will also be required to assist with foodcost controls. Specifically, you will be responsible for performingthe following tasks to the highest standards :
Prepare and present high quality dishes within companyguidelines
Keep all working areas clean andtidy and ensure no cross contamination
Prepareall mis-en-place for all relevant menus
Assistin positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficientmanner
Ensure food stuffs are of a goodquality and stored correctly
Contribute tocontrolling costs, improving gross profit margins, and otherdepartmental and financial targets
Assistother departments wherever necessary and maintain good workingrelationships
Report maintenance, hygiene andhazard issues
Comply with hotel security, fireregulations and all health and safety and food safetylegislation
Awareness departmental targets andstrive to achieve them as part of the team
