What will I be doing?

As a Demi Chef dePartie, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting highquality dishes to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience.

A Demi Chef de Partie will also be required to assist with foodcost controls. Specifically, you will be responsible for performingthe following tasks to the highest standards :

  • Prepare and present high quality dishes within companyguidelines
  • Keep all working areas clean andtidy and ensure no cross contamination
  • Prepareall mis-en-place for all relevant menus
  • Assistin positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficientmanner
  • Ensure food stuffs are of a goodquality and stored correctly
  • Contribute tocontrolling costs, improving gross profit margins, and otherdepartmental and financial targets
  • Assistother departments wherever necessary and maintain good workingrelationships
  • Report maintenance, hygiene andhazard issues
  • Comply with hotel security, fireregulations and all health and safety and food safetylegislation
  • Awareness departmental targets andstrive to achieve them as part of the team
