Key Job Responsibilities
To assist the outlet / restaurant manage in efficiently managing the outlet, according to the established concept statement
To ensure table reservations are taken properly in order to maximize restaurant turnover
Prepares weekly staff schedule keeping in mind anticipated business, existing budget and standards of service
To ensure that the par stocks for all operating equipment and supplies are strictly adhered to and that the outlet is adequately equipped
To assist in conducting monthly inventory checks on all operating equipment and supplies
To assist in controlling the requisitioning, storage and careful use of all operating equipment and supplies
To handle all guestplaints, requests and enquires on food and beverage service
To establish rapport with guests maintaining good relationship
To maintain the daily logbook
At least 2 years experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel
Good knowledge in Food and Beverage
Required to speak, read and write in English language
Fluency in another language is an advantage
