Head of Business Operations Al Futtaim Toyota Dubai

Purpose :

To enable greater organizational agility and efficiencies across the business based on company policies, goals, and objectives while continuously driving the strategic imperatives in the business to ensure that deadlines are met consistently.

Duties :

  • Take responsibility and initiative in smooth running of all business operations
  • Create a department strategic plan which complies with and enhances the company-wide strategic plan and business plan
  • Maintain strong relationships with TMC to translate the MBE strategy into strategic business initiatives
  • Provide effective team and project management duties, including overseeing project completion timelines, monitoring project costs, and ensuring client needs are met
  • Continuously reshape department best practices to provide highest client satisfaction
  • Liaise with other departments, including finance and marketing, to ensure operations budgets and proper advertisements which meet department goals and attract clients
  • Identify patterns and problem areas, and implement effective solutions to increase efficiency
  • Report regularly to Managing Director with completed on-budget and on-time projects and project outcomes
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to drive sales and network with new clients
  • Production of robust, timely progress reporting for Hoshin, 5 year plan and key projects
  • Through effective coordination, successful and timely delivery of key projects
  • Context :

  • Focus towards the company vision for Customer and Employee engagement.
  • Adhere & comply with company policy towards achievement of objectives and targets.
  • Ensure the highest possible levels of customer service and Brand Representation
  • Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge :

    University graduate, Thorough knowledge of Automotive Sales & Aftersales Processes, working knowledge of SAP, Fastrack. Comprehension of CRM practices would be a benefit

    Minimum Experience :

    8+ Years Automotive business experience, minimum 3 years of proven success in a senior managerial position, People and process management experience.
