Job Role : HR Generalist
This position is responsible for performing HR related duties on a professional level and works closely with senior HR management that Provides general HR services for largely non executive levels.
Represents a well grounded, middle seasoned level of human resources professional. Performs independently Typically involved in several HR areas Role Responsibilities This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas : Participates in the Talent Performance management process and prepares documentation.
Helps develop and modify training programs. Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends Implements and administer employee policies Provides high quality advice and service to management on daily employee relations and performance management issues Supports the HR department in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience Offers proactive recruiting assistance Identifies ways to improve policies and procedures.
