What we're looking for : - 8-10 years of experience in a product based company and leading a team of at least 5 developers.

Hands on full stack coding experience in any stack (Python + React / NextS preferred, but any other stack is also fine) - Preferred experience with AWS, Serverless Architectures, DynamoDB, SQ etc.

Experience with integrating RMs like Salesforce / Freshdesk is a plus. - Experience in setting up code review, development process, CICD and application monitoring.

BTech / MTech from top institute like IIT / NIT / IIIT - Demonstrated experience in Big Tech companies (similar to Microsoft, Google etc) or Early to growth stage experience in reputed startup
