  • operating telephone equipment, automatic dialling systems, and other telecommunications technologies.Influences customers to buy or retain service by following a prepared script to give product reference information.

    Documents transactions by completing forms and record logs.Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.

    Keeps equipment operational by following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures; notifying team leader of needed repairs.

    Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.Maintains quality service by following organization standards.

    Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

    Co-ordinates with the Center Manager and Business Development Executive regarding the leads.Key accountabilityInbound and Outbound calls to students and parents.

    Educating parents about different seminars and courses.Generating referrals from the students and parents and also do business development activities.

  • Convert given leads into prospective admissions.· Sending daily reminders and emails to all the parents about the new initiatives.
  • Maintaining the attendance registers, time-sheets, call logs, and other miscellaneous records.· Handling the Imprest amount with utmost caution and care.
  • Acting as a direct link between the Center Manager, the faculties and the parents.· Develop a cordial relationship with the parents, help them with their queries and get their constant feedback.

    Basic Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)5.
