Structuring of loans & trade credit (including Letters of Credit, Letters of Guarantees, Bonds etc) products for clients

Structure the transaction such that the return on risk-adjusted capital ( RAROC ) is maximized

Preparation of term sheets and credit applications and seek internal approvals

Ensure that the budget business and returns from the clients assigned are achieved

Target, in coordination with the RM, new clients for loans and trade credit business

Identify cross-sell opportunities for other product areas of the bank

Review and finalization of loan documentation

Prepare financial spreads for obligors as required

Conducting credit reviews of assigned credit / client portfolio & ensure that reviews are carried out in time & in accordance with the guidelines and requirements

Ensure maximum utilization of client limits for the assigned portfolio

Ensure compliance of approval conditions and agreed covenants which entails timely submission of waivers / CC memos

Maintain database for and assist in, the preparation of Portfolio / Industry reviews

Liaise with Relationship Managers and / or clients to obtain information required from clients as and when necessary

Carry out review of assigned portfolio to ensure optimization of returns

Min 7 years in corporate banking / Creditor Analysis / Risk Management positions

Exemplary credit skills

Experience in structuring of loan and trade credit (LCs, LGs etc) transactions

Holder of University Degree, preferably in the field of banking or finance

Preferably experience in one of GIBs sector priorities (including contracting)

Excellent communication skills in English, preferably also Arabic language skills

Good numerical skills and knowledge of Computer applications such as MS Word, Excel, Power Point

Result driven, hands on, dynamic with ability to work under sales oriented environment

Should have strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
