We Offer Oppurtunity to become a part of an exciting company that has a track record of outstanding performance and ambitious aspirations in a growing industry International working environment in a prominent working location at MEA Area headquartered at Dubai UAE Strong emphasis on value and an open engaging company culture Promising personal and professional growth Key Responsibilities Ensure commercial targets for the customer are met including retention and new business development Responsible for overall operational service delivery for the account Responsible for implementation of the solution and new opportunities corridors Manage relationships with all key customer contacts Develop and maintain global pursuit plan for customer Acts as an escalation point for all regional or global operational issues Establish and set up KPIs Reports for sharing with internal and external parties Regular formal reviews with customer Manage outstanding overdue levels with customer Support customer were required on logistics supply chain projects Identify drive operational improvements changes Drives regular Operations Calls with each operational product team Prioritizes Open Issue List for on-

time resolution so that customer service is not hampered Ensures all Standard Operating Procedures Contracts are adhered to and any fall-

outs are addressed on a priority Who we are looking for Education Bachelors degree or Master s degree from recognized universityExperience Minimum 6 yrs experience within Supply chain and Logistics sectors in similar leadership role Experience of both operations customer service and commercial functions Experience with both Freight Forwarding Air Ocean Trucking Customs Clearance and Supply Chain Management Strong knowledge of Internal Damco Systems MODS Kewill and Processes would be advantageous Experience in customer implementation is an added advantage Supply Chain Development Optimisation experience would be an added advantage Passion for service delivery and cost effectiveness and for identifying how to constantly improve Language The position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively in a diverse multicultural environment Fluent English is required Arabic speaker would be an advantageIT Skills Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and other technical software The ability to effectively use technology laptop phone etc to communicate and maintain productivity while travelling is requiredOthers Excellent interpersonal and communication skills A passion and interest for deeply engaging in a customers supply chain Analytical presentation and negotiation skills Pricing Commercial knowledge Be able to work independently and willing to travel upon business requirements Ambitious and result oriented self-
