We have an excitingopportunity for experienced Reservations Executive to join the team at our new Premier Inn Dubai Dragon Mart.

As a Reservations Executive,you will be responsible for providing a quality and customer service driven,end to end service for all reservationssegments.

And every day to constantly elevate the guest care quality andprovide a fantastic service that our guests love.Your day-

to-day work : Provide exceptional customer services inaccordance with the brand standards.Effectively and professionally manage allreservations for customers.

Generate good Sales Leads for the company toacquire new customers.Ensure that the system and bookingdocumentation is accurate and up to date.

Be a brand ambassador and follow and maintainthe Company’s Quality & Compliance Standards.Be able to configure rates in Opera PMSsystem based on all signed contracts.

What are we looking for?Education and Experience : You will be likely to have minimum of oneyear experience in Reservation department of a branded hotel.

High School Diploma preferred.Advanced English language.Skills and Competencies : Possess guest service skills and excellentcommunication skill.

Detailed & Customer service orientated.Ability to work independently and as part ofa team.Must be able to handle multitude of tasks inan intense, ever changing environment while remaining calm, collective andaccurate.

Able to type 25 words per minute.Computer literacy in Windows, MS OfficeSuite, CRS systems is an added advantage.What we offerAt Premier Inn,you will have a competitive benefits package, rewards and recognition.
