In charge of Athletic Club, Kids Club andLifeguards.Strives to continually improve guest and employeesatisfaction and maximize the financial performance in areas ofresponsibility.
Reinforces appropriate culture to provide serviceto guests. Works with direct reports to develop and implementdepartmental strategies and ensures implementation of the brandservice strategy and brand initiatives while meeting financialgoals.
High school diploma orBachelor's Degree from an accredited university in HealthEducation, Physical Education, Hotel and Restaurant Management, orrelated major.
CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
Supervising and managing employees. Managing allday-to-day operations for the Athletic Club, Lifeguards and KidsClub. Understanding employee positions well enough to performduties in employees' absence.
Monitoring quality, standards and meeting theexpectations of the customers on a daily basis.
Demonstrating knowledge ofjob-relevant issues, products, systems, and processes.
demonstrateshonesty / integrity; leads by example.
Scheduling events, programs, and activities, aswell as the work of others.
Providing personal assistance, medical attention,emotional support, or other personal care to others such asco-workers or customers.
Developing specific goals and plans to prioritize,organize, and accomplish work.
Ordering and managing necessary supplies. Ensuring workershave supplies, equipment, tools, and uniforms necessary to do theirjobs.
Developing andmanaging the children's program (e.g., coordinatesactivities, purchases equipment etc).
Managing group activities including sandpainting and team building events.
