As a , you will lead on all in-park / attraction(s) marketing initiatives to deliver on a positive guest journey and increase guest incremental spend.
They will work in close collaboration with the Head of Marketing, the Marketing Support Manager who is the main lead and connection between Farah Experiences Shared Services team and the theme-park / attraction.
They will liaise directly with the all in-park attraction(s), Operational Heads including Guest Services, Operations, Health and Safety, Security, F&B and Retail teams to drive in-park marketing initiatives.
The Marketing Support Manager will lead and execute all Tier 3 and Tier 4 Marketing campaigns, including full roll-out and adaptation of creative, project management, reporting ensuring campaign objectives are exceeded.
Some of your job scope will also include :
Marketing & Brand :
Assisting in the development of the Brand Strategy for the theme park / attraction(s), to maintain positive brand integrity and perception across all marketing initiatives
Assisting in the development of the Marketing Strategy for the theme park / attraction(s), with the objective of meeting assigned business outcomes;
primarily to drive positive attendance, revenue and per cap targets
Responsible for all website content needs ensuring all IP and brand requirements have been met, all information is correct, relevant and delivers on an exceptional online experience
In charge of the development of all promotional material, collateral and communication to support marketing campaigns
Development of all email marketing creative requirements, working in close collaboration with the CRM team. Includes writing the email brief, copy-writing for email content, checking of the test emails with the objective of increasing online selling efforts
Key contact and responsible for organizing all logistics for photo / video and activation shoots inside and outside the theme park / attraction(s), including park walk-throughs, arranging of technical pre-production meetings and other shoot management and administration as required
Planning and executing Tier 3 and Tier 4 marketing campaigns across offline and online channels with a key focus on achieving positive return on investment against campaign spend.
Role includes roll-out / adaptation of the creative across all mediums, ensuring each execution meets the creative objectives and all assets delivered on time
Key lead for Tier 3 and Tier 4 campaign project management within Sales and Marketing for the theme park / attraction(s) brand;
across Digital Marketing, CRM, Social Media, Public Relations, Call Centre and Sales teams to drive a singular goal for mutual business success
Working with the internal and external creative agency to ensure that all creatives developed are in line with campaign objectives, has received IP approval, messaging is clear and meets brand and IP guidelines requirements
Perform other miscellaneous support functions as required
Budget Tracking and Reporting :
Assisting the management of the theme park / attraction(s) Marketing Expense budget including raising of purchase requisitions, ensuring Purchase Orders have been delivered to the supplier, tracking of monthly expenses, managing monthly GRNs, accruals, and checking and balancing the monthly P&L
Assisting the management of the theme park / attraction(s) Marketing Forecast sheet to ensure all foreseeable costs have been accounted for
Responsible for the weekly tracking of campaigns attendance, revenue performance and development of the Weekly and Monthly media summary reports
Assisting with the management on the Marketing Promotions Calendar to ensure campaign drivers are meeting expected business revenue and attendance targets
Assisting with writing all creative and media agency briefs that meet the objectives of each marketing campaign
Assisting with the creation and updating of the Marketing Drop Schedule to ensure full 360 overview of each Marketing Campaign (Sales, Marketing and PR) and ensure that the overall plan will meet campaign objectives
Assisting with the compilation of the Post Campaign Overview for all marketing initiatives to share results (including sales results and campaign ROI) with the business and advice on any remedial actions for improved success for future campaigns
Create other reports and document as required
As an ideal candidate, you will need to have :
Educated to degree level or equivalent in Marketing
Minimum 5 years of Marketing experience
Excellent knowledge of Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong copy-writing skills
Very personable and an excellent communicator
Commercially astute, data-driven and results oriented
