The Marketing Director is ultimately responsible for driving attendance and revenue to the Park The incumbent is responsible for leading the marketing team and strategy as well as building and executing a consolidated 360 plan To actively participate in the development of the Strategic Marketing Planning for Farah To develop and implement park marketing communications plans To develop maintain and ensure brand standards guidelines are defined understood and applied in accordance with written guidelines He she will build the entire Marketing organization from scratch and will assist the development team in ensuring the product meets the ultimate operational requirements of the future park This person will be closely collaborating with the I P s creative marketing PR and product management teams to develop new and innovative marketing strategies and to align the external marketing messaging with the inpark guest experience for the theme park To guide all creative output to ensure it supports the brand strategy ensuring consistency and integrity inclusive of messaging and positioning relative to both B2C and B2B communication To interface with key stakeholders internally and externally to develop synergies with Farah sister Parks Yas Island and other Abu Dhabi players Develop communication platforms creative and advertising campaigns with the purpose of achieving the attendance and revenue objectives Drive the creation and development of park digital platforms Drive the creation and development of the park social media channels and content Oversee and manage production of inpark communication and other collateral To develop and or activate strategic marketing partnerships with leading multinational brands and support the shared services sponsorship team Drive the communication efforts for PR and social media platforms Drive customer experience initiatives across the customer journey Train and mentor marketing team members to create resultsdriven marketing communications from strategy development to tactical executions Support challenge develop and inspire team to achieve their goals and objectives Track value delivered by the team through key performance indicators Support challenge develop and inspire team to achieve their goals and objectives Manage department budget and oversee marketing spend vs variance Work closely with external agencies to deliver the agreed scope of work on time and within budget
