  • Youwill :

  • Manage the Global FixedIncome and Cash Equities teams and reporting functions
  • Maintain a strong control environment to ensure dataquality, accuracy and compliance with firm policies
  • Work collaboratively with global Trading Fee Controllinggroup, global stakeholders, traders, clients and otherdepartments
  • Being an escalation contact forunresolved / complex issues in the team
  • Manageand lead Trading Fees projects and represent the team in globalorganization
  • Monitor team'sperformance
  • Provide regular feedback onperformance to direct reports and support career pathsaccordingly
  • Manage recruitment processwithin the teams
  • Review the month end closeprocesses; including manual accounting entries, accruals and costallocations to comply with US GAAP and IFRS
  • Manage / overview timely detailed variance explanations onexpenses, volumes, and rates to the trading desks, business unitmanagement and business unit controllers, as well as, providevarious ad hoc reporting to management and controllers
  • Coordinate, initiate change agenda that aims tostandardize and globalize processes
  • Supportthe business units in rate negotiations, advise on potentialsavings opportunities and efficiencies
  • Youhave :

  • Master degree inFinance / Accounting or related fields
  • 7+ years ofexperience in Finance and Accounting
  • 5+ years ofexperience in people management
  • Strong knowledge andunderstanding of accounting principles and financial concepts
  • Interest in banking and financial markets, understanding offinancial products
  • Ability to operate at a seniorlevel in collaboration with diverse internal and externalexecutives; used to operate and influence effectively in a matrixedinternational organization
  • Demonstrated ability to : prioritize competing responsibilities, work under pressure, meetchallenging deadlines and capability to build and maintaineffective business relationships
  • Proven leadershipskills; drive strategic change and build organizationalcapability
  • Strong analytical and technical skills,proficient in use of MS Office especially Excel
  • Customer and service-oriented mindset
  • Pro-activeattitude
  • Self-confident, a person who takesinitiatives
  • Persuasive to gather information and ableto set and achieve goals
  • Excellent spoken and writtenEnglish
  • ACCA / CIMA qualification is anadvantage
