Job Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Update and keep assessmentrecord through Competency Management System online data base andCompetency Management System location plan
  • Assist Lead Station Master and Assessors in completing Assessmentwhen necessary
  • Liaise with Training& Competence Internal Verifiers to ensure that CompetencyManagement System Assessments are up to date and properlydocumented.
  • Establish and Prepare regularCompetency Management System Moderation Meeting to ensure that LeadStation Master / Assessors have common understanding with regardsto Competency Management System updates.

  • JobRequirements and Qualifications :

  • Ability to liaise in a professional and persuasivemanner with staff at all levels in the organization;
  • Good communication skills and the ability to managemultiple tasks efficiently and work
  • Productively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment;
  • Good literacy and numeracy skills required for therole;
  • Minimum 3 years supervisory experiencein supervising a team of front line staff delivering customerservices in a metro station or equivalent;
  • Thorough understanding of station operations and associatedactivities;
  • Ensure compliance with the SercoManagement System and all relevant business processes, proceduresand work instructions to deliver all work with appropriate qualityand governance standards.
