Assist the Managing Director with preparation of financial reports, Powerpoint presentations, etc.
Manage execitive office administration requirements.
Handle high level office calls and visitors.
Coordinate with International Head Office / Regional Offices on pertinent business matters.
Handle complex business travel arrangements, hotel accommodation, ticket reservations, itineraries, etc.
Organising appointments and diary management on a daily basis.
Handle administrative and logistics arrangements for conferences and high level meetings.
Project management of tasks as assigned from time to time.
Assist in the reception in absence of the Receptionist.

Diploma or University Degree or similar.
Some professional experience in a similar role supporting Executive Leadership.
Experience of working in a multinational and multicultural environment.
Excellent correspondence and administrative skills.
Excellent MS Office background.
Technical knowledge of or ability to learn SAP system.
English proficiency, speaking in Arabic or French is an advantage.
Extremely well organised; structured and methodical approach to work; proactiveness.
