The Social Media Account Manager will be running mid-size accounts, providing insights-driven strategies, strengthening client & partner agency relationships, collaborating with cross-departmental teams, while managing a team.

Take ownership of client relationship, creating and implementing social media strategies

Guide and contribute in the development of creative ideas and deliverables
Collaborate with teams in other departments (PR, Creative, Paid Social) to improve and execute on client deliverables, process, and output
Support the development of the social media strategy for your clients by taking on social listening, trends and performance figures.

Can manage an extended team for projects including planning, creative and media teams.
Understands the basics of social media performance and can work with the media planning team to ensure content meets KPIs
Develop all monthly and quarterly reports, and benchmarking analysis, with the support from a social media manager.
Develop briefing documents for always-on and campaign performance
Oversee the CM team for clients and also step into CM if required for support
Lead the weekly status meetings

Plans and develops Social Media Campaigns (across digital channels, content, campaigns & connections) with various stakeholders
Understands business KPI's, their effects and how to set and achieve them

Deeply understands brand insights, customer segmentation, and target needs to steer actionable creative briefs. Thus, leading to effective social campaign conceptualization and presentation.
