Recruiter at Checkout.com : Checkout.com is actively looking for an enthusiastic and highly skilled in-house Recruiter to join the growing People Acquisition Team in UAE and support the company’s rocketing growth and success by identifying, attracting, and retaining the best talent possible across MENA.

About the Role : As a Recruiter, you will cover end-to-end recruitment for roles in the MENA region, specifically the Saudi region, and work closely with a Global People Acquisition Team, the majority of whom are based in our Headquarters in London.

You will drive recruiting for a wide range of talent into Checkout.com whilst delivering an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.

Specifically, this role calls for workforce management planning skills in a fast-paced, high-growth payments company. Above all, we hope you will connect with our community spirit and choose Checkout.

What you will be doing :

  • Proactively sourcing, recruiting, and hiring new candidates for our MENA markets
  • Act as a business partner and collaborate with various hiring managers across the region to ensure a seamless recruitment process
  • Think creatively about recruiting processes and procedures and help build the processes which will support and sustain our growth over the coming years
  • Build compelling job descriptions, advertise them on appropriate channels / job boards. Be confident with LinkedIn Recruiter and build strong pipelines through sourcing candidates
  • Screen all applications received on our ATS and prepare to shortlist for the Team
  • Engage with the business and current employees to help drive employee referrals
  • Manage relationships with critical talent pipelines, internal business partners and while ensuring an engaging and memorable candidate experience
  • About You :

  • 5+ full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced or high-growth environment, preferably with experience in recruiting across multiple functions
  • Fluent in Arabic professional proficiency in English
  • Good understanding of Saudi market and prior exposure of working on Saudiziation
  • Proven knowledge of recruitment and sourcing tools, techniques, and mediums
  • Ability to prioritize workloads and manage multiple relationships
  • Ability to lead and influence key senior stakeholders on performance assessment evaluations
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage market data and insights to influence hiring strategies
  • Laser-focused, with excellent attention to detail
  • Superb communication skills, both verbal and written
  • High level of integrity and ability to display confidentiality at all times
  • Self-starter, able to work autonomously and outperform through personal drive
