Job Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Provide guidance to allstaff and managers on the interpretation and application of HRpolicies and procedures within HR and across Qatar AirwaysGroup.
  • Keeps abreast of legislative changes,with a view to assess potential impact on HR policies, and providestimely updates on existing polices.
  • Createand develop standard forms and templates for the consistent andcomprehensive capture and storage of policies information needed tomeet the business requirement.
  • Projectmanages the implementation and review of HR policies.
  • Communicate with relevant stakeholders to solve issues,exchange ideas and get their buy-in
  • Contribute to designing new policies based on the best practice andaccording to the existing framework or guidelines.
  • Ensure the on-line availability of the HR Policies onthe Policy Centre Database i.e. through Qatar AirwaysIntranet.
  • Job Requirements andQualifications :

  • Minimum 5years of experience in developing, reviewing, updating andcommunicating HR policies &procedures.
