Job Role : HSE Administrator

Job Key Details

  • Coordinatea safety agenda and culture in the company
  • Assess the working conditions and work with the managersto correct non-compliance and identify chances forimprovement
  • Handle audits and compliance withregulatory bodies
  • Discover opportunities forreviewing risks and execute improvements
  • Workwith other auditors to ensure all audits are conducted properly andon time
  • Create and implement action plans tohandle any issues identified in audits
  • Assessstandard practices and procedures and effectively integrate safety,health and environment best practices where appropriate
  • Prepare and maintain training procedures around safety,health and environment
  • JobQualifications and Experience

  • Shouldhold relevant qualifications ie NEBOSH IGC
  • Atleast five to seven years of experience in HSE or Safety departmentactivities
  • Should be able to work well withothers across the organization
  • Goodorganizational, planning and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with others
  • Should be able to identify and settle problems quicklyand efficiently
  • Must have good computerskills
  • Good time management skills
  • Excellent report writing abilities and must be very goodin HSE documentation
