The Opportunity :

Jumeirah International Nurseries is opening its doors to 4 new Nurseries / EarlyChildhood Centres in prime locations of Dubai by August 2022.

We are looking torecruit experienced and enthusiastic Early Years Educators to join ourwell-established chain of Nursery / Early Childhood Centres in Dubai.

About You :

As a Nursery Manager, you will be responsible to :

Lead and manage the overall day-to-day academic and operationalfunctions of the Nursery / Early Childhood Centre including delivering thevision of the group;

maximising the number of children on roll in the variousprogrammes; recruitment, retention and development of staff; overseeingday-to-day financial systems.

Develop and deliver a balanced EYFS / IPC curriculum, underpinnedby developmentally appropriate play-based activities, Reggio Emilia and CuriosityApproach enriched by Fortes Accelerated Learning programmes.

Ensure that the premises are maintained at the highest qualitystandards, and are compliant with the regulations of the Knowledge and HumanDevelopment Authority (KHDA), Dubai Health Authority (DHA), Dubai Municipality(DM), and other government authorities

The successful candidate will have

A bachelors degree or postgraduate qualification in EarlyChildhood Education or professional certification inleading Nurseries / Early Childhood Centre (for example Level 5 vocationalqualification) with a minimum of 3 years experiencein an Early Childhood setting.

A comprehensive knowledge of childcare requirements andregulations and previous success in managing a Nursery / Early Childhood Centre.

Excellent interpersonal communication skills,and an outstanding work ethic.
