Job Description

Manage, coordinate and maintain calendar including appointments, meetings and travel.

  • Responsible for organising of internal and external meetings ensuring all necessary requirements are made
  • Provide executive and administrative support.
  • Monitor and respond to incoming communications (including complaints) including phone calls, emails and walk ins, ensuring correct department distribution.
  • Secretarial support for meetings as and when required, including drafting and circulating meeting agendas, preparing minutes, communicating meeting reminders.
  • Drafting and writing high quality reports and presentations, as required.
  • Communicating important updates and information. Discretion and trustworthiness. Flexibility and adaptability. Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to multitask. The ability to be proactive and take the initiative. Job Type : Full-time Experience :
