About you :

An opportunity has arisen for a Team Leader to join our Food and Beverage Department. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are :

Is thoroughly familiar with the Food and beverage menu, wine list and prices.

Knows ingredients and methods of preparation for all mixed drinks and must know wines, which compliment various food items.

Ensures that all beverage items are properly presented and served at the correct temperature.

Will co-ordinate the collection and distribution of the arrival amenities as per the arrival lists and will be continuously in touch with the butler order taker to accept and action last minute changes, special requests etc.

Will closely co-ordinate with the Cost Controller for the monthly inventory of the Dispense bar.

Will inform the managers directly in case of any discrepancies / shortages in the bar after the routine inventories.

Will ensure that the correct beverages are dispensed from the bar as per the KOTs.

Co-ordinate preparation and delivery of orders with kitchen staff when assigned to.

Cashiering Duties and responsibilities.

About you :

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications :

High School Graduate

Good communication skills

Good command of English

At least 1 year experience in a similar position
