Coordinate with MM Group on implementation of HSE minimum requirements and procedures
Ensure that Project Quality and HSE plans are effectively implemented by periodic site visit and audits
Expert in carrying out HSE risk assessment & Environment aspect impact examination for construction sites and offices
Schedule regular and ad-hoc HSE audits; develop program audit within the organization
Produce, develop and deliver the Project HSEQ training and HSEQ orientation
Monitor environmental control activities including waste minimisation, and drive sustainability initiatives
Development, implementation and monitoring of HSEQ procedures and policies
Coordinate incident investigations and reporting on outcomes
Develop a learning element to regularly update and educate staff on HSEQ initiatives
Prepare and Implement thorough audit program inclusive of ongoing construction
Ensure that all non-conformances generated during an External / Internal audit are closed out
Ability to deliver safety practices to ensure zero injury, zero risk, and zero harm
Essential Requirements :
Minimum 15 Years of experience
Consulting experience of Technical Safety Engineering, Process Engineering Design and commissioning of oil and Gas, Process Plants
Experience in preparing detailed Technical Safety Reports Oil and Gas Petrochemical Projects.
Experience in facilitating HAZOP, HAZID, all safety studies
Experience using software tools like ShellFRED, Pipenet, PIPENET Transient Model for Technical Safety Engineering, if any
Preferably worked with ADNOC and having experience in UAE
