BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT / RELATIONSHIP MANAGER
Job Summary and Purpose
This position will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of business objectives of the ATLAS in terms of bringing new customers, organize and oversee daily operations whilst managing and maintaining relationships with all stakeholders by building long lasting relationships.
Organize and coordinate operations to ensure maximum efficiency
Assist in pricing products and services
Manage the customer journey seamlessly from check in to check out.
Follow up prospects for new business and manage the leads within the pipeline
Conduct research to identify new markets and stakeholders needs
Managing proposal generation activities and follow up with the process.
Arranging business meetings with prospective customers
Promoting ATLAS products services addressing the customer objectives
Building and improving relationships with customers, suppliers and partners.
Identify key staff in companies to create profitable relationships
Work with internal and external parties in order to ensure the meet customer expectations.
Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and recommend ways of improving client satisfaction.
Oversee all processes in terms of Customer Management (CRM) along with usage of booking platforms.
3-5 Years of experience as a hospitality manager, business development, relationship manager, key account manager related jobs
Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices
Vast experience in sales or customer service
Aptitude for fostering positive relationships
Teamwork and leadership skills
Communication and negotiation skills
Ability work under pressure
Education : BSc / BA in Hospitality management Masters preferred
Experience : Sector Related : min 3 years, All : min 5 years
Language : English
Software : CRM, Microsoft Office, ERP, All related Hospitality Software
License / Certificate : All relevant certifications are mandatory
