Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions. Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints. Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary. Job Requirements : High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent.
Two to four years experience as a Customer service executive. Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
Good in English both written and verbal. Comfortable using computers.
