A Senior Quantity Surveyor monitors and manages all costs relating to the project, from the initial calculations to the final stages.
Surveyors seek to minimize the costs of a project and enhance value for money, while still achieving the required standards and quality.
During duration of any project, senior quantity surveyors keep track of any variations to the contract that may affect costs and create reports for stakeholders.
Candidate must have minimum 7 years experience as Quantity Surveyor . Professional Membership such as RICS, and training in contract, construction and commercial law advantage.
Above Average communication skills and with good reporting skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Engineering (or its equivalent).
